Apéro "from the French word apéritif" means an alcoholic drink served before a meal. The main accord is the smell of a sparkling wine. In the Apéro composition there is an accord of sparkling Chardonnay, the natural oil is supported by aldehydes which give an effect of "magic bubbles".
