Thirty one years ago, in 1992, Evelyn H. Lauder co-created the globally recognized Pink Ribbon and launched The Estée Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Campaign inspiring a global movement around its mission to help create a breast cancer-free world. The Campaign is a true testament to Estee Lauder Company’s legacy as a Beauty Inspired, Values Driven company that places people, positive impact and inclusivity at the heart of everything we do. Together, The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign and The Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation have funded more than $108 million globally for lifesaving research, education and medical services. In support of The Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign: Estée Lauder, Clinique, La Mer, Aerin, Bobbi Brown and Aveda will donate 20% from the purchase price of any product, up to a maximum of AED 75,000 to Al Jalila Foundation for Breast Cancer Research in the UAE from October 16 – 22, 2023.

This October The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East celebrates and honours the Campaign’s 31st Anniversary through an awareness campaign featuring survivors and advocates that emphasizes the journey following a cancer diagnosis and underscores the significance of early detection to improve the chances of recovery, and inspire a renewed sense of hope for a fulfilling life.

Mayadah Bahareth & Sahar Bahrawi:

A mother and daughter duo who discovered they both had breast cancer at the same time.

Josette Awwad:

After battling breast cancer, Josette became an advocate for early detention and inspired her mother to get tested, which led to her mother’s diagnosis of the same type of cancer.

Stephanie El Khoury:

A 26-year-old survivor who uses her social media as a platform to spread awareness and educate young girls.

Hani Soubra:

After his wife’s diagnosis with breast cancer, Hani became an advocate for the cause.
